About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their trusted advisor
Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
Drive product adoption and ensure clients are maximizing value from our services
Identify and proactively address client challenges before they escalate
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions
Track client health metrics and maintain detailed account records in CRM

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving retention
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Nice to Have

Experience in HR technology or SaaS industry
Knowledge of HR processes and terminology
Proficiency in additional languages (Urdu, Arabic, or others)

Compensation & Benefits

PKR 1,500,000 - 2,200,000 per year
