Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at ZapGap, you'll be at the forefront of our international talent acquisition efforts. You'll work with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in critical roles. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients across multiple sectors
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
• Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in international hiring
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior-level positions
• Deep understanding of global labor markets and cross-border hiring complexities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience in tech, logistics, or professional services recruitment
• Knowledge of multiple languages
• Certification in HR or recruitment (CHRP, AIRS, etc.)
