Sales Executive (UAE Real Estate) – Part-Time Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for potential property investors in the UAE. You will be responsible for initiating client relationships, driving interest in luxury real estate portfolios, and identifying high-value conversion opportunities. This role requires a blend of resilient cold-calling, strategic persuasion, and professional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to provided leads and serve as their initial trusted advisor
• Drive interest in premium real estate developments, ensuring potential clients understand the unique value of the UAE market
• Identify and proactively address client hesitations to convert leads into scheduled meetings for our closing team
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve lead queries and deliver seamless client handovers
• Track call metrics, conversion rates, and maintain detailed lead records in our CRM/Lead tracking system

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in high-pressure sales, cold-calling, or international telemarketing
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining professional client relationships
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, neutral accent
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first, target-driven mindset
• A quiet home-office setup with a stable internet connection and a reliable power backup (UPS/Inverter/Generator) is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the UAE Real Estate market or Middle Eastern business culture
• Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or high-ticket investment sales
• Proficiency in additional languages (Urdu or Arabic)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
